". Overall experience of 8 to 10 years of experience with 3+ years of content management experience with one or more CMS packages.
. 3 years of Day Communiqué CMS experience in the last 5 years, including 9-12 months of Day CQ 5.3 platform experience.
. Mastery of all core web technologies including XML, XHTML, client/server-side scripting languages such as Javascript, and JSP, and web services development using RESTful implementations
. Deep understanding of Java, Java EE, Servlets, JSP , Tag libraries and JSTL skills, combined with a solid understanding of Enterprise Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
. Deep understanding of relevant "Java CMS" frameworks including Apache Sling for content-centric application development, JCR and JSR-170 / JSR-283 for Content Management, JSR-168 and JSR-286 for Portal development, and Apache Felix for OSGi bundle development.
. Expertise in Day CQ foundational concepts, including the CRX repository, the CQ platform architecture, the use of core frameworks such as Apache Sling and Apache Felix, a solid understanding of all Day CQ building blocks including templates, components, dialogs, widgets, etc, and the CQ development and deployment process.
. Proficiency in Day CQ WCM capabilities including Multi-site manager and Blueprinting, and the use of online marketing components such as advanced targeting / personalization, and multi-variate testing.
. Proficiency in the deployment of Day solutions and platforms, including the ability to design highly available and scalable architectures, capacity planning and sizing, environment modeling and implementation across Author and Publish instances, server (CQ) and repository (CRX) clustering, JVM performance tuning, web server / dispatcher configuration, and platform productionization
. Expert in end-to-end content lifecycle, web content management, content publishing / deployment, and delivery processes.
. Expert in integration patterns and content-centric application development patterns using Day CQ with or without a Portal, Search, Commerce package or other platforms.
