Minimum 4+ Years of SAP R/3 ABAP development or at least 2 full Life Cycle Project experience
• Experience of SAP R/3 implementations particularly HR module
• Experience in developing Reports, Inbound / Outbound Interfaces and Transactions
• Experience in creation of both Functional and Technical specifications
• Good knowledge of core ABAP programming procedures including Report (ALV, classical and Interactive) & Transaction creation, SAPScript/Smartforms, BAPI, IDOC, ALE & and protocols
• Good knowledge of enhancement techniques like Customer/User Exit, BADI, Enhancement point etc
• Experience in LSMW, BDC Recording
• Experience in HR Module, SAP Payroll is mandatory and any other SAP module(s) is plus
• Application of OSS notes & SPAU, SPDD analysis
• Basic knowledge of key business processes in at least one industrial sector
• Excellent customer-facing consultancy skills
• Good communication skills

• Workflow, Netweaver, XI, BSP's etc
• Experience of working within a support environment
• Experience of SAP version 4.7+ including OO ABAP
• ABAP Certified
• Knowledge of Java-based coding is plus
