"Business Developer No of years of experience 4 to 7 of which at least 2 years should be as a Business Analyst in Financial Services. The ideal candidate should have worked with an IT company in BFSI vertical or someone who has experience working in IT division of a bank in the above domain areas. Should have experience in end-to-end functional project management including Requirement Gathering Functional Design Impact Assessment Business Analysis Project delivery Functional Testing and User Documentation. Should Understand the necessity of project standards and apply them consistently develop internal and external objectives by prioritizing multiple tasks effectively Ability to anticipate client needs before they arise and presents solutions to project management that encompasses issues at hand. Follows through with commitments and fosters mutual trust with fellow Innovators. Assumes additional responsibility without being asked. Ability to broaden and deepen knowledge base and proficiencies on a time to time basis. Share acquired skills with team members through formal and informal channels. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in working with cross functional teams / cross location teams. Qualification MBA. Knowledge in SQL Agile Process like SCRUM will be an added advantage European Banking experience will be an added advantage. Derivatives (Options Futures SWAP etc) exposure Front office derivatives trading application like SUMMIT KONDOR Plus

Job Description
1)Domain Knowledge on CARDS
2)Must have worked as Business Analyst or SME in CARDS area in an IT environment
3)He should have a basic understanding of the user interface screens files for external interfaces and database for relations.
4)Need to analyze the data so need to have a basic understanding of queries tables and files
5)Other skills consist of communication skills written skill and personal relations skills.
6)Should be good Analyst on an existing system.
7)Should have the understanding of online applications through which the data has been input as also to which field in the database its gets stored.
8)Should be able to understand the batch process for analyzing the input and output files(As part of Internal & external Interfaces
Experience should be 3 Years to 7 Years
