Should have good understanding on needs of Information Technology organization from various lifecycle areas such as Presales, Delivery, solution offering creation, customer interactions, Industry level representations, thought leadership. He should be able to guide project, presales,sales, customer teams on various aspects of business. Plan and work on alliances ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ JD for Senior BA (core Banking / Lending) Location: - Chennai Profile Description : Business Associate with 10-15 years of progressive experience in retail banking such as Core banking, or Lending,. The BA should have a relevant experience of working in any specific areas Banking preferably retail banking. Candidates with blend of experience of Banking Industry followed by IT Industry experience would be preferred. Responsibilities: Work with the client business teams to understand and create functional requirements, define model business process, analyse business needs. Provide good understanding of either lending / Cards / Core domain. Following are key aspects in job; Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis etc. Good analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts. Serves as the conduit between the customer community (internal and external customers) and the software development team through which requirements flow. Guide the technical members on domain aspects in retail banking and helping organization to develop domain competencies. Keep track on key industry trends and knowledge updations in the specific domain areas. Manage team of BAs while developing competency across the organization Good understanding industry trends from the markets . Represent Polaris in the industry forums and seminar Probably contributing to the white papers and industry magazine
